Sinkology is proud of the products we create, and we want you to love them: every day, every year, for life. The Sinkology Everyday Promise is our lifetime guarantee that your Sinkology product will withstand normal daily residential use and will always perform to your satisfaction.
We back all of our products with the Sinkology Everyday Promise, day in and day out. If you are not satisfied with your Sinkology product, simply return it to the store you bought it from or contact Sinkology for replacement or refund. If your product meets the specific qualifications that apply to our lifetime warranty, we will replace your Sinkology product and stand by our promise to you.
Please note that replacements and refunds are determined by Sinkology. In no event is Sinkology liable for any damage during or after installation; nor is Sinkology responsible for charges associated with your purchase, including labor, installation charges or any other expenses associated with the defective product. Our warranty applies to Sinkology-brand products only and does not include installation costs. Damage due to abnormal wear and tear will be reviewed on a claim-by-claim basis.
